 The Eat Well Challenge includes weekly group sessions that will teach you how to:

–>Increase the foods that naturally detox, provide energy and establish a healthy eating foundation

–>Unwire emotional eating and learn to eat consciously.

–>Decrease the foods that zap you of energy, create food cravings and leave you overweight.

–>Create a new healthy lifestyle supported by good food.

 The Eat Well Challenge will provide support, feedback and

encouragement during meetings and via email. You will also receive a resource guide that includes; recipes, meal plans, and food related handouts.
